• Rates will only be honored when specified booking windows are followed. Any tee times booked outside of stated windows will be considered booked at the applicable rate.
• All Passes can make Tee Times 3 days in advance with the exception of during peak season on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. 2013 peaks season dates will be from May 24, 2013 to September 7, 2013 - during the peak season, tee times can only be made 24 hours prior to play for play between 6:00 am and 12:30 pm.

 

• All Pass Holders must book a tee time and check in to the Golf Shop prior to teeing off.  A pass at this facility does not entitle you, your guests, or family members regardless of age, to play golf without a tee time or without checking into the Golf Shop prior to teeing off.  Any Pass Holder not abiding by these rules is subject to pass suspension and or revocation.

 

• If you are not going to show for a reserved tee time you are asked to call and cancel the tee time.  If your group is going to have fewer players than it was booked for you are asked to call and adjust the number of players.  If Management determines there are habitual offenders, they will be addressed accordingly.

 

• The facility dress code must be followed at all times.  If you are not in compliance you will be asked to comply with the facility dress code.

 

• No guests of Old Works, including Pass Holders, are permitted to bring outside food or beverages on to the property.   Any guest, including Pass Holders, not abiding by these rules is subject to pass suspension and or revocation.

 

• Physical or verbal abuse toward any other guests or staff will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.

 

•  You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a cart, and you are responsible for any damage done to a cart by you or your guests.

 

• The practice facility will close 1 hour before dusk each night and will be open seasonally with the golf course.

 

• Club communications, including range operating hours, will be delivered via courtesy newsletter.  All official restrictions and closures will be posted on the facility website. www.oldworks.org

 

• Tee Time reservations are made by calling the reservation center at (406.) 563.5827

 

• A Pace of Play Policy will be implemented

 

• Habitual offenders of slow play may be precluded from booking certain tee times

 

By supplying payment for your pass, you agree to the terms and conditions of Old Works Golf COurse as well as the terms and conditions of our Pass Holder programs.  Violation of these terms and conditions will subject your pass to suspension and or revocation
